Meet Jessica Verver

Jessica Verver keeps Cottrell Communications humming. Based in Vancouver, BC, she brings over a decade of experience in office administration—and the kind of organizational superpowers that can only be described as “next level.” (Fun fact: she’s also a trained Professional Home Organizer, so yes, her sock drawer is better than yours.)

As a Virtual Assistant and Project Manager, Jessica thrives in the space between big-picture vision and nitty-gritty execution. She’s the kind of person who genuinely likes untangling inboxes, building timelines, and creating processes that make everything run smoother. If there’s a better way to do something, she’ll find it—and probably make a spreadsheet about it.

Since joining CoComm in 2023, Jessica has become the indispensable steady hand behind the scenes—keeping details on track, projects moving forward, and Elisa focused on the work that matters most. She loves working with purpose-driven businesses (and people who – ahem – use too many em dashes). She brings structure, clarity, and a whole lot of calm to a fast-moving agency environment.

When she’s not wrangling workflows or color-coding content calendars, Jessica is probably traveling to hang out with her family, making lists for fun, or drinking a perfectly steeped cup of tea.
